Being a first-time customer at BMW of Bloomington, I had a first-class superb experience of working with both Victor Cioflec and Eric Smith. I was an out-of-state buyer and had just canceled an order some time ago for personal matter/reasons. Therefore, long distance transactions aren't always the easiest process, but Victor and Eric helped me through the entire thing and made it completely as seamless as possible! Everything was explained through phone, text, and email so the communication was always going. I've never experienced such great customer service until now. I don’t know about you, but I think purchasing a new vehicle can sometimes be a hassle. High pressure sales and deceptive numbers can make people frustrated. Our experience at BMW of Bloomington was everything but that. Greg Franklin was patient with us and very open minded to our needs. He even went to the extent of emailing us a video of a vehicle walk around to share a vehicke that wasn’t on the lot during our first visit. Greg is an excellent representative and advisor, and a huge asset to the Sam Lehman automotive group.
My wife and I were in the market for a new mini van. We were referred to Bruce as we have heard how amazing he was to work with. He listened to our wants/needs/ extra features we would like in a vehicle. We found a van that fit some of our needs and we wanted to test drive it. When we showed up Bruce had the van we came for along with a van more affordable, with EXACTLY what we wanted in a van. He was not pushy at all, and never made us feel pressured to make an on the spot decision. After test driving the van he brought for us we did not even bother test driving the van we had originally came for knowing it was out of the budget, and not as fitting for our family as the one he searched for on his own with our needs as his top priority. We bought the van that day and Bruce stayed way past the time he was supposed to leave to educate my wife and I on everything from the loan to how to use all the cool features the van had to offer. We will never buy a car from anyone but Bruce!

Just completed the purchase of a BMW X 3 from BMW of Bloomington. The entire process went very well from initial contact, negotiation, test drive and the completion of the purchase. I interacted with several other BMW dealerships in my search and while all were very good, I would say the staff at BMW of Bloomington topped them all especially Greg Franklin who went out of his way to send us a detailed video of the vehicle we were considering to help us get familiar with it and point out specific details of the vehicle.
I had a great experience with this dealership. My salesman name was Greg. He offered me so many options that would fit my budget. After finding something that was perfect I had trouble finding full coverage insurance. He advised me to go with an insurance that fit my budget as well. That same day I got insurance with the company and was able to go and pick my car up. He worked with me through everything and continued to check up on me through the process. I would recommend anyone to go in to see them. Everyone in the office was very pleasant as well!
