Had a great experience buying an M3 from them. They were able to secure me a good allocation. I have been here at least 3 times to resolve an ongoing special issue with my car over the past year. Dave and Kayla have been very professional and willing to listen to picky pestering customers like me with superhero like strength. I also appreciate Robert for making sure all steps necessary were taken to resolve the special case my car has. Much appreciated.

My reviews tend to be more like short stories, so bear with me. A few days ago while moving my oldest son home from college for the summer, we blew a tire about 10 miles outside of Bloomington at about 8pm. We were on the interstate with a car so full of my son’s stuff there was no way to get to the spare tire. We had the car towed to the BMW dealership, locked it up, and caught an Uber to a hotel a half mile down the road. The next morning I called the dealership and spoke with Jaycee (sorry if I’ve spelled it wrong). She was awesome! She took all of my info and worked with me to get everything planned out to put all new tires in my car. We were back on the road by 11am, and I can’t thank everyone enough! On a side note, a huge shoutout to Bruce for chatting with me and my son as we waited a few hours for my car to be repaired. He is such a nice guy, abd we thoroughly enjoyed sharing “plane” stories. If you ever need to buy a BMW in the Bloomington area, Bruce is the person to see! And you can be sure they have a great service department there when you need them! Thank you so very much!!!

Exceptional experience-yes, it can be true even when you buy a car! Bruce & Mike were great: very patient & professional during my first online purchase of a car. It can be a bit daunting & time consuming but, within a week, the paperwork was completed (with knowledge I gained from Cargirl via tiktok) & now I'm just waiting for shipment. If you haven't tried online purchase & you're on the fence, give it a shot-it's worth it & you may get a better deal than an in-person visit!

Bought my car here last year. Had a decent experience buying the car, not really any issues other than the salesman not telling me the car I was supposed to be looking at was not for sale anymore and showed me something else. Ended up liking and buying it anyways. Fast forward to almost a year of ownership. Car breaks down on the way home from work late at night. BMW roadside spends 1.5 hours trying to find me a tow truck without any luck. Abandon my car and get picked up, becomes 6 hour ordeal. Get car towed to dealership the next day. No loaner cars available and they aren’t sure how long they will have the car. They quote me a day later ~900 for broken water pump pulley and damaged serpentine belt, not covered under warranty, okay. Whatever. 2-3 weeks before all this happened I had a full vehicle inspection, oil change, oil filter replacement, and tire rotation that lasted LESS THAN an hour. The vehicle inspection was over ~200. I was skeptical at that time they even did a thorough vehicle inspection given all the other service that needed to be done too within 1 hour. Was given a clean bill of health at that time with ZERO issues. I believe they would have seen some sign of give/laxity on the serpentine belt or other abnormality had they done a more thorough inspection that could’ve prevented this breakdown. I express my concerns, still without a loaner car. The shop manager states he can give me a deal that I will only owe $1200 for the repair… cool. When I was already quoted ~$900. Tell him this and he’s like okay we can do $877. Awesome thank you for the 23 dollars off. So essentially got comped for the vehicle inspection. They have my car for a week. No loaner cars available the entire time. I get the car back finally. Drive it off the lot about 30 miles. Low coolant warning. GREAT! Anxiety it’s still messed up. Let the engine cool and top it off. Realize they worked on a part of the coolant system and likely didn’t fill it after fixing it which is absolutely ridiculous. Bought my own coolant to fill it because I didn’t want to deal with them anymore. Haven’t had issues since so definitely not a leak, just because they didn’t refill it. This all being said, I will not be going here anymore once my warranty is up. I had a decent experience buying the car, nothing special. But I have not had a good experience with the mechanic shop both in Bloomington and Peoria. Wouldn’t recommend.

The cars are amazing, however what sold us on BMW was the service provided by our sales associate, Bruce Spencer and the sales manager, Mike Gargano. Ernest Williams was great and I would purchase through him again. I wired the full payment in advance. I wanted no hassle pick up 4 days later. I spent 2 hours on the computer and phone with finance trying to upsell me $15000 of additional coverage.Thats 30% over what I paid for car. Picked the car up after 4 hr drive. Process was perfect. Ernest Williams was waiting for me at the rental car place. I signed the tax and licence documents and was done in 5 minutes!!

From the moment we met him, he made us feel comfortable and never once tried to oversell anything. He was patient, genuine, and took the time to answer all of our questions without any pressure. Over text, email, call or in person. I found the exact car I had been searching for and sent an internet inquiry to BMW of Bloomington. Fortunately it was Trent Bankes who contacted me to let me know the car was still available. My only problem was the dealership is 1,700 miles away from me in Florida. I have never purchased a car site unseen without driving it and was extremely nervous- especially considering the car I was purchasing (M850i Convertible). Trent was patient and reassuring and worked closely with me to ensure all my questions were answered. I never felt pressured to make a decision and Trent made the entire process very easy for me. All paperwork was completed online and was facilitated by Carlos from the finance department. We did a video call to go through all of the paperwork before signing to make sure everything was clear and that my questions were answered. Trent gave me the contact info for a company located here in Naples that does covered auto transport and he made sure the car was kept on the showroom floor until it could be picked up for delivery. Even after the sale, he has been available to answer questions and assist when needed. I cannot say enough positive things about Trent, Carlos and BMW of Bloomington. Even though the dealership is so far away, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase a car from Trent again!

Amazing service and so helpful! My sister and I had to get our car towed here overnight. I’m still amazed at how prompt, accommodating and caring they were. The concierge driver was so nice and made multiple trips to our hotel. They were able to get us up and running before we even had to check out! Couldn’t be more grateful, especially considering the situation we were in. They also quoted us a fair price for the services.

Greg had a great personality and he helped me get the car I wanted. What more could you want?

I recently purchased a used BMW X5 from Ernest and had a fantastic experience. I visited several dealerships in the area looking for a luxury SUV, and the only place I really felt valued was at BMW. Every member of their staff greeted me in a way that gave me the impression that they genuinely cared what I had to say. Everyone was kind and considerate. I had a lot of questions about the vehicle, as it is used, and has LOTS of options. Ernest was very knowledgeable and patient with me grasping how everything works. I felt as though he would take as much time as I needed to make an educated decision. I felt so rushed other places I went. Ernest really let this happen on my time frame, which was VERY important to me. Once I committed, things went very smoothly. The manager Shawn was a joy to work with and made sure that everything was perfect before I took the vehicle. He seems very thorough. The financing was fast and digital (because what isn't these days) and I got a better rate than I anticipated! The vehicle looked like new when I arrived for it, with a full tank of fuel and it was spotless inside and out. It even smelled new! With all the bad experiences out there, the staff at BMW really seemed to go out of their way to make sure I was happy, and it worked. Well done! They walked be back to the service department as well and introduced me to the advisors there. It was nice to know when I come for service exactly where I should go and who I should talk to. That can be confusing and I'm comforted that I won't have to worry about that the next time I bring it in. All in all, I am beyond happy with my new vehicle, and with the staff at BMW of Bloomington. I had the pleasure of working with Greg, who was incredibly professional, responsive, and transparent throughout the entire process. Leasing a vehicle from out of state can be challenging, but Greg and his manager, Nikita, made it remarkably smooth and efficient. We encountered a minor hiccup with the financing department, but it was handled quickly and professionally. What truly stood out was the consistent support and dedication from both Greg and Nikita. They worked hard to get the deal finalized and pushed for a fast approval, which made all the difference. As a bonus, they were also able to secure a fantastic deal for me! Greg was great to deal with. He is not a pressure salesman. Down to earth and respected our time. Will do business with Greg in the future. The new General sales manager Nikita was great to deal with as well. Although new, he showed he is focused on customer satisfaction. Great experience overall !

Ernest was very communicative throughout the whole buying process even though I was purchasing out of state. Even stayed late to finish the deal and took care of a problem that came up right after the car purchase. Would recommend!
